Historical Background
Sometimes in 1999, Senator Ramon B. Magsaysay Jr. allocated about Two Million pesos from his Countryside Development Fund (CDF) to start the water system project for the Municipality of Castillejos Zambales. This initially resulted to the construction of a deep well (PRODUCTION WELL) located at the municipal Health Center Compound. The project was stop up to the mid of year 2000.

The change in leadership of our local government before the end of year 2000 Reactivated the project. This has led to the reorganization of the Board of Directors who aggressively and actively pursued and continued the operation and management of the Water district.
